That is exactly what the attendees of CERC’s 4th annual Research and Policy Conference, Connecticut 2020: Fiscal Implications of Economic & Demographic Change were asked to explore after hearing from two experts on the state of Connecticut’s economy and projections for the year 2020 if we stay on our current course.

Norwich residents have been invited to comment on an extensive list of possible economic development activities. The list, prepared by Mayoral Candidate Bob Zarnetske, is part of a draft plan presented for public comment on December 29th.
